I have two instances of windows media encoder running.
One for a TV broadcasting
Second for a Audio broadcasting
The two instances use two different publishing points: tropiktv and
tropikradio.
The two streamings worked fine for months, but these last 2 weeks, the
streaming "tropiktv" for TV begins to stop with the following error: "The
server, a computer set up to offer multimedia content to other computers,
could not handle your request for multimedia content in a timely manner.
Please try again later. [0xC00D0013]

Can you help me solve this problem? IT'S BORING.
