Hi,i have a problem with video streaming . I paid for plan 1 and i stream on 282kbps only. I have 512kbps upload .The problem is server down on about every 2 hours. I stream with Windows Media Encoder .Video is good quality but when it working. It like its streaming but when watcher want watch the message is : Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name may be incorrect or the server is busy. Try again later. I have a problem , how to solve it.

Dear Customer, most likely you are using Free Server URL to stream. Please use Paid server URL that we have emailed you along with your account information.
